Cacao is a beautiful medicine that guides us through the layers of our soul and connect to our heart space.
The Spirit of Mama Cacao supports our reconnection and exploration of creativity. She guides us to step into new thresholds and explore aspects of ourselves, revealing new landscapes where we can see, feel, and experience the beauty of life. She reminds us to always return to the heart, encouraging us to remember that all the answers we seek are already within us. She remind us to always come back to love.
Love is about giving and receiving; she reminds us to honor this reciprocity.
I suggest you save a little of your cacao in a small cup to place on your altar, in honor of the Spirit of the Plant. You can later offer it to the earth.
Mama Cacao reminds us that we are a cycle, with our winter and summer, our spring and fall dancing within us. She teaches us that we hold everything we need—the earth and the sky, the water and the fire—and that we find balance by staying in the heart.
Follow your heart; dare to connect with this space and to see, to listen to her whispers. Feel her unconditional love and support for your journey.
If you don’t have medicinal cacao, you can use pure raw cacao. You can also use another plant that calls with you. Rose is a beautiful option for opening the heart space.
